I have begun to shop for a BX1500 with: mower and loader. A local dealer told me 10,226 and an additional 1600 for the bagger.
Can I do better?

In western NY, BX2200 was $8200, mower was $1600 and loader was $2500 about three weeks ago. Dealer said they had moved very few of the BX1500s b/c price wasn't substantially less than BX2200, but working PTO HP was. ....

Don't know if you are still looking but Rammaelt Tractor in western NY is advertising BX1500's in several different configurations at a good price. Tractor with mower and loader is $10,200. I just bought a BX2200 from them with the 60 inch mm mower for $9750. That is $800 better that any dealer around the central NY area quoted me. They did have several BX1500's in stock as of last week. ....

Thats about as good as I would think you could do. I bought that package earlier this year (added weights too) for about that price in the mid atlantic. I personally found a 2k price difference to the BX2200, and I didn't think it was worth it.
